Starting with version 3,
Wi-Fi WFM is now FieldMonitor.
Wi-Fi WFM is now FieldMonitor.
Wi-Fi WFM turns your iPhone®, iPad®, or iPod touch® into a wireless waveform monitor / vectorscope / histogram, using a Teradek™ Cube™, Clip™, or VidiU™ transmitter as the video source. See exactly what your camera is doing, without tethering your camera — or yourself — to a set of hardwired ’scopes.
“It's brilliant.” — DP Art
Adams, and he doesn't even use Teradeks.

So what's the big deal?

Select your Teradek transmitter. Wi-Fi WFM supports Quickview, RTP/RSTP, and TDS streams.

Wi-Fi WFM shows you the picture plus a luma waveform for exposure checking.

Tap the screen to reveal control buttons.

Tap the rightmost button to display the 'scopes controls.
Tap R+G+B for an RGB overlay waveform.

You also get RGB parade...

...and YCbCr parade...

...and a vectorscope (with 100% or 75% targets, and 2x and 4x magnifications)...

...and histograms. Oh, and you can show all three ’scopes at the same time, too. In landscape orientation, you can position ’scopes wherever you want on top of the picture, and change their size and transparency.

In portrait orientation (and when all three ’scopes are shown on iPad) the screen is automatically arranged to show you everything unobstructed.

Tap the other control button (on an iDevice that shows it) for false color control.
False color requires iPhone 5S or later, iPod touch 6G or later, iPad Air or later, iPad mini 2 or later, or iPad Pro.

False colors lets you see your target level, shadows, and overexposure warnings directly on the image.
You can set the mix level between false colors and scene colors.
It doesn’t matter whether your camera is handheld or on a gimbal, a jib, a Steadicam, or a drone. It can be right next to you, in the next room, or out in left field (literally). If you have a Wi-Fi connection, you can watch your levels, look for clipping, and monitor your color. You can know what your camera is doing, while it's doing it — without the bother of running a hardwired signal cable.
